What Happens During a Stucco Inspection?

Once we arrive at the property, our inspector will perform the following:
  • Drill small holes into vulnerable areas of the stucco’s exterior
  • Use a hydrometer to measure the moisture levels on the sheathing behind the stucco
  • Reseal holes with a matching color patch once the testing is complete
  • Provide information about its condition and an estimate for remediation
